We’re excited to share some major news from The Dot Corp. In a recent interview with Printing Impressions, our CEO, Jeff Shattuck, offered an inside look at the company’s ongoing evolution and ambitious plans for the future.

At the heart of this growth is a brand-new 77,000-square-foot facility in Irvine, California. This strategic expansion marks a significant step forward for our healthcare supply chain and direct mail operations. The new space is designed to improve speed, accuracy, and compliance in member communications, while also streamlining complex assembly and fulfillment workflows.

Jeff emphasized that this facility will dramatically increase The Dot Corp’s agility—especially when it comes to handling intricate healthcare kitting, time-sensitive fulfillment, and large-scale direct mail campaigns. These enhancements are backed by new investments in cutting-edge technology, including a newly upgraded Screen 520 inkjet web press, expanded booklet-making capabilities, and robust quality control systems. These tools ensure that every project not only meets high standards of quality but also adheres to regulatory requirements.

The Irvine location was carefully chosen for its proximity to key transportation routes, major shipping hubs, and a thriving network of medical device manufacturers and healthcare providers. This makes it an ideal base of operations as we deepen our role in healthcare logistics and communication services.

Jeff’s leadership brings a clear focus on innovation, operational excellence, and client-centric solutions—values that continue to drive The Dot Corp forward.
